  I needed to get fit for function and with the aim of competing in a sports competition (BJJ). At 55 years old its not that easy and I needed some guidance and Stephen at Chester Fitness Pro did exactly that.. He's not only a Black Belt in BJJ but an expert when it comes to getting fit. I've gone from 88kg to 74kg and feeling great !! Stephen knows his stuff - get on board you won't regret it :)

  Steve’s enthusiasm for training is so sincere it becomes contagious so you will work hard but you will enjoy yourself the whole time, highly recommended from me
