My son is a founding member at this studio, so we have been with 3T since early 2021. He started in the Little Tigers program and is now in the Advanced class. The lessons he's learned through his martial arts journey at 3T have been thrilling to watch. The owner and instructors are well trained and committed to their craft. Not only do they teach martial arts, but students are taught self defense skills that are invaluable! Students learn respect, commitment and responsibility. 3T holds high expectations for their students and pushes them to be their best. I would highly recommend 3T Martial Arts to anyone interested in the craft of martial arts and/or self defense skills, but most importantly, developing their confidence, attitude, and work ethic!

This is a great place to not only learn about karate, but also had to be a good human being and have morality. They also do help for charity and have special events for the kids to get involved with and not just training time 👍🏽

After having our 4 year old in a different karate program prior to joining 3T I can definitely say the program here is worth it. They truly teach the young ones to respect and focus on their skills. We are grateful for all that instruct the tiny tigers classes to help them improve their skills while also having some fun.
Karate has helped my son with his discipline issues ever since we started last year! All the instructions are patient and kind and really take the time to talk to the kids! Highly recommend.
My daughter decided she wanted to do karate after watching from the dance studio. The instructors are very good with kids, patient but still firm when they need to correct behavior. When we asked about it, one of the instructors walked her through some punches and kicks, and even let her break a board. She's been in for a few months now and will be going up to the older class. One thing i like about the instruction is its not just fighting or forms, its also behavior oriented. The instructors ask about how your kids are doing in school and at home and i think its great to have that comprehensive mindset and performance. We also did a birthday party for her here and it was so much fun. All of the kids were raving about it and I think it was just brilliantly run. They do so much to make it fun for everyone. And at the end, she got to cut her cake (donuts) with a sword! how fun!
My family and I started training at Championship Martial Arts last year and it has been an incredible experience. I love the fact that I can train with my kids and that my kids are learning life skills in addition to karate. We have been treated like family from the 3T staff from day one. I highly recommend Championship Martial Arts to anyone.
This is honest one of the best schools that I've been to in San Antonio. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, Sensei Pitassi is wise Beyond his years and we have lots of fun while working hard. I love this place because it makes me feel like I'm part of a bigger family in the San Antonio area.

Update spring 2023: My 5-year-old son has been taking classes for the past year in the Tigers program. The activities are age appropriate, and the instructors do a great job of keeping the kids active and on task. My son's focus, confidence, and balance have improved a lot. The class discussions of discipline are also helpful. Review from spring 2022: This is an excellent martial arts school, and I have been to several schools over the course of my life. On the recommendation of a friend, I did the trial class for a month with my teenage son and 9-year-old daughter. We take multiple classes per week, and we can all attend the family classes together or my son and I can take the teen/adult classes. I could tell right away that this school is special. The classes are small, and the instructors actually care about the students. They take the time to teach proper technique so that we understand why we're doing it, how to do it usefully, and how to avoid injury from bad technique. This school focuses on Bushido values (right action, courage, courtesy, loyalty, benevolence, honesty, honor, and self control). We could all use more of this. The instructors are also striving to live these values, and so they permeate everything we do. This experience has already improved my family life. My kids have already become more aware and respectful of others, more self-assured, and more resilient. They're also physically stronger and more in control of themselves. The school is small and feels like a family. It's also the real thing--that is, the instructors know how to fight and how to apply everything we're learning to fighting and self-defense. Some classes are hard, but the instructors care, and every single time we've left class feeling good. We've had such a great experience over the past six months that it is clear we will stay with this school for years to come. Highly recommended for beginners who want to try out martial arts for the first time, and for those who are ready to commit to the journey.
We attend as a family of 5. 3T has provided us a way to connect on a regular basis with common goals. We are particularly impressed at how the Sensei is able to communicate with our tween and teen. They are also great at getting our little one to engage and follow instructions despite his tendency to be restless. At 5 he is now seeing himself in a role model position for incoming kids.

A spectacular Martial Arts school for my daughters that provides discipline, physical activities, martial arts training, social respect, and friendship. Instructors are patient and work so well with kids…I especially appreciate the discipline aspect integrated throughout every class. Definitely a school I highly recommend to all parents!

My two sons and I have been training here for 3.5 years and we still love it. We have grown in our Karate skills, our focus, and our self discipline. Best of all we have connected as a family in ways I never thought would be possible. Everyone we have interacted with is fabulous. They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable, as well as firm and hold everyone accountable. I had trained in martial arts many years ago and had moved up in rank. After moving to the area, I began searching for a school and was referred to CMA Bulverde-Spring Branch by a friend. It was initially difficult adjusting to the difference in style, but the instructors have made it easy to make the transition. Everyone is thoughtful and there is a definite sense of courtesy and respect for one another. There is also a lot of fun. Every month there are events that encourage students and their families to be a part of the family-like group. I am enjoying learning from committed instructors alongside a great group of students. I’d definitely recommend CMA for anyone on their martial arts journey.
We've been attending 3T classes for a while now and have to say the professionalism, understanding, and family-friendly environment is fantastic! They encourage us to become better both physically and mentally. They know how to encourage us to push ourselves within without any guilt trip. They inspire individuals to make right choices, respect others, and to find our inner courage while achieving self-set goals. They teach commitment, self-discipline, and loyalty to not only ourselves but to others. The owner and staff at 3T have always been willing to talk and listen and work with us when situations arose both socially and within our family. Sensei Pitassi is great with the kids! We started our 4 year old son 5 months ago and we are very pleased with what he has learned and his progress.
My daughter is very shy and reluctant to open up to people. We had recently moved to the area and being homeschooled she wasn’t making friends easily. We decided to try karate for exercise and socializing but I didn’t imagine it would be this good for her. She has recently opened up, is making friends and this dojo has regular fun activities out side of karate that they get together for. Like going to the movies, and bbqs! My daughter is now happier than she has ever been. Penny is dedicated to her students and all the instructors are excellent. I am looking forward to my daughter continuing to learn and grow with her new karate family.

I have watched my son grow so much this year. He loves helping in the other classes. He is learning good leadership skills. I can see this when he is around other kids outside of karate.

We take our kids to this place and we have had nothing but great results and a fun experience. Our boys are taught to be not only good karate students but also good and respectful, human beings. My son started with 3T when he was 4 years old. He loved attending and learned a lot about manners, helping others, as well as self defense. Relationships were formed with all the the staff and it felt like family. After 3-1/2 years my son took a short 1-1/2 year break so he could focus on his horseback riding. When he started back in January, you could not tell that he had been gone. In the past 5 months he has stepped up and is proving he is a natural leader. At 9 years old he is in their leadership program and assists with multiple classes, which has helped him improve his own techniques and communication skills. He is on track to become a Jr Black Belt next year before he is 10. I know he can do it because of the encouragement and support he receives. The family feeling is still there and I could not be happier that he decided to come back.
I was looking for something new to challenge me as I neared 50, lol. This was it! Karate requires mental and physical attributes that we rarely test in everyday life. The staff is detailed and deliberate in their teachings. Every class provides you with something to take away. Self confidence, well being, and awareness are desirable traits and 3T Karate provides all of this and more.
My son loves learning karate at the 3T Bulverde studio! The instructors are skilled and very professional. They are great at engaging their students, and go above and beyond to help them learn.
Our son has been with 3T for 2 years now and has a great time with all of the staff. Don't get me wrong he has his favorites but he learns from each of them. it has been his choice to continue with this program. He made a commitment to become a Black Belt in his first year, at which time he was invited to become a member of the Black Belt Club and is proud of being chosen! The staff at 3T are Professional, Caring, Consistent, and actually believe in what they teach and how they interact with the youth and parents. They have other activities besides Karate class which our son has loved attending!! As a side note our son has been involved with a few other martial arts programs and 3T is the program he choose to make a commitment to. It was his choice. If you are looking for a Karate class for your son or daughter we Highly recommend 3T Karate they are Amazing!!!!!!
We have been with 3T Karate for over a year now and both of our children have grown so much since starting. The whole staff is great and works well with the kids. Definitely a great karate studio!
Both of my grandsons are students at 3T and I find that their instructors are caring, kind and student focused. Their curriculum is first class. providIng great practical life skills, and fun family oriented events. If you are looking to boost your child’s self confidence, self discipline and sense of responsibility then 3T is the place for you.

Had a bad experience, bad communication. We walked away from the two month trail after one month. They admitted to being at fault, one would think they would have offer at the least a refund, but nothing. Do not recommend. Make sure you get everything down in writing, good thing I did. Look around they’re more options.
