I 100% recommend it. the staff, coaches, and owners are all gems. had an amazing experience doing this program and it is a great way to get in shape and learn new skills, it really pushes you tho, and for those that stay committed to the program and their goals, the reward is incredible.

It was an amazing experience. I recommend the program to anyone who wants to challenge themselves. Coaches were amazing.. if anyone has considered this program and had self doubt don't let that t stop you. The team at champions rise will help you get over those doubts. You will come out of this stronger and more confident

Went in with zero experience looking like melted ice cream. Came out with skills to get in the cage and in the best shape of my life. The coaches and community are top tier I highly recommend.
