Master takes his time with each student to coach and show them the correct form and making sure they are doing it correctly. He is very much so on top of communication and keeping parents up to date on events within the school. Very supportive and understanding when working with the parents. Master is very into his teaching. You can see the passion in him while teaching. Thank you for your leadership!!

I appreciate "Champions Martial Arts School" for the opportunity to get new knowledge and skills. I want to convey my heartfelt gratitude to all my teammates, assistants of the instructor, and new friends from our school for our amazing team work. Over our BBC course, I saw everyone helping and motivating everyone. I was able to get the black belt in three years of practice. My special thanks to Master Tamsir Diagne for his professionalism, positive attitude, patience, and individual approach to every student. I would highly recommend to individuals of all age group who love sports to seriously consider taekwondo classes as a great transforming experience. I guarantee these classes will change your life.

Both of my boys 7 & 3.5 have been students of Master Tam. My oldest was one of the first to join Master Tam’s program when he arrived in the neighborhood. He is such a passionate teacher - the perfect combination of loving yet firm. The kids learn not only the “tae” and the “kwon” but importantly Master Tam stresses the “do” which is the way of life and teaches respect! I also run a summer camp and bring the kids to Master Tam every week over the summer months and it is their favorite part of the week! I truly cannot say enough about this gift to our nieghborhood.

My 3 year old daughter has been taking classes here for a couple months and I could not be happier with our experience! Master Tamsir is a devoted professional and it is clear how much he cares about Tae Kwon Do and his students, both in and out of the studio. Every class, he is so energetic and encouraging that it is impossible for students not to match his energy, and the thirty minutes pass quickly with every student giving it their all! His class is structured in a way that teaches a sense of routine and discipline in young children, while providing ample opportunity for exercise. Additionally, he has a reward system for the students revolving around taking the positive life habits discussed in class and applying them at the home and in school. He makes the effort to connect with families, even reaching out a couple times to express his pride in my daughter's work in class! My daughter gets so excited for her classes twice a week, and it has been incredible watching her growth. She is not only practicing moving her body, but gaining a sense of determination and confidence. All the families we've had class with seem to appreciate the class and community he is building, and it is a joy to spend two days a week with Master Tamsir! So happy to have Champion Martial Arts Harlem!!
