The Endure event was a brilliant time that was full of fun, blood, sweat and tears. Organised perfectly by Lee, his wife, and the other chef who cooked the steaks. The tactical research development group people were absolutely brilliant. Lovely bunch of people, and from them I learnt some interesting facts and some new tricks to add to the arsenal. The Muai Thai class was deadly and super fun. learnt some new tricks from Iain’s teachings. Overall, if you want to learn new techniques, meet Awsome people, have a very enjoyable and rewarding time. Endure is for you :) Thanks Lee and the gang :)
Attended the 2026 Endure event. An absolutely brilliant day combining hiking and a variety of martial arts. With a nice visit to the pub as a reward at the end. Highly recommended, and will definitely be back next year.
World class instruction, fantastic venue and friendly and professional staff. Look no further
I recently took part in the Endure day programme run by Lee from CDA Cheltenham, alongside several guest instructors, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As a beginner, there was a lot to learn throughout the day. The instruction was clear, supportive and well paced, making even unfamiliar concepts accessible. The programme combined practical learning with a number of physical challenges that pushed participants just enough to keep things interesting and rewarding. No event led by Lee would be complete without a few of his trademark drills. While they certainly tested us, they were also entertaining and added plenty of energy and humour to the day. The guest instructors brought their own expertise and perspectives, which helped create a varied and engaging programme. A special mention has to go to the lunch provided, which was absolutely off the scale. It was generous, excellent quality and very much appreciated after the morning’s activities. Overall, Endure was a well-organised, challenging and enjoyable day that offered plenty of learning opportunities regardless of experience level. I left with new skills, greater confidence and a real sense of achievement. Highly recommended.
CDA is an amazing training facility . Incredible instructors who encourage and support all those who attend. Definitely worth joining this club if you are interested in all forms of martial arts .
I've just completed the 4 week Self-Defence boot camp. I cannot recommend this highly enough. In all my years of kickboxing these are the most practical and useful skills I have been tought. You need this in your life. Suitable for EVERYONE. Get yourslef booked on the next one.
Posted 1 year agoThe best place to train in Cheltenham. Lee and the team are superb. Highly functional martial arts, great welcoming vibes. Lots of laughter. Can't recommend highly enough. Keep up the good work guys.
Posted 1 year agoMy 3 yr old has been coming to the Ninja skills classes for almost a year and he loves it! The teachers are amazing with the little ones, teaching listening, resilience, patience and having fun at the same time. The positive, non threatening, upbeat vibe of the club carries on through to the adult kickboxing and self defence classes. As a 30 something mum of two who has little time to exercise, I come to a class once a week. Lee, Kyle and the team always make the classes mentally and physically challenging and rewarding and foster a supportive environment for every student to come away with something new. The focus is on learning and improving, having fun and leaving the ego in the car park!
Posted 1 year agoWithout a doubt the best martial arts clubs I have ever trained at. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming and all the instructors were amazing. I now have the pleasure to call myself part of the team and I couldn't be prouder. I recommend this club to anyone out there looking. Adult or child. Such an awesome place to be. 5 stars!
Posted 3 years agoI've been bringing my 3.5 y.o. son here for a few months now. We typically aim for one 30m session a week. Not only do we enjoy it for the small sense of accomplishment it provides going into the weekend, but I've seen noticeable improvements in his listening skills, attentiveness, coordination, and balance. While children have plenty of energy, 30 minute sessions are just right for children in this age range while they learn to focus on a single task for an extended period of time. I'm sure they could all continue running, jumping, and kicking until they exhausted themselves, but between 15-30 minutes they begin to lose focus. That said, I've noticed that where my son would initially only engage for the first half of class, he will now happily remain attentive and receptive to instruction for the full half hour. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Helen and Ben are superb at engaging the children with enthusiasm. Communication regarding the subscription membership has also been fair and and timely. I'd certainly recommend CDA as a fun way to boost your child's confidence, attentiveness, and coordination.
