Have been going for around 2-3 months It's really chill, everyone is always nice and willing to help, and it's even more fun with friends. Coaches are always helpful and nice too.

The staff is amazing. I go to the boot camp class once or twice per week usually coached by Shameek Harvey while my son is in the kids class coached by the local legend Bryan Battle. From the owner down this place is exceptional. If you're looking to get in shape, back in shape or if you're looking to dip your toes into the fighting the world, Carolina Combat Sports and Fitness is where you should start if you're in the CLT area. Great gym they have stuff for everyone whether you are a beginner or compete regularly. I would highly recommend. Very reasonable prices too especially given all the facilities and classes available.
