CCS is a great place for building skill and fitness. It is a low ego and high grind kind of place. It is a real gym with proven results. My son and I love training here. Special shout out to Coach Meek for his excellent coaching of the kids comp team!

Have been going for around 2-3 months It's really chill, everyone is always nice and willing to help, and it's even more fun with friends. Coaches are always helpful and nice too.

Great gym they have stuff for everyone whether you are a beginner or compete regularly. I would highly recommend. Very reasonable prices too especially given all the facilities and classes available.

The staff is amazing. I go to the boot camp class once or twice per week usually coached by Shameek Harvey while my son is in the kids class coached by the local legend Bryan Battle. From the owner down this place is exceptional. If you're looking to get in shape, back in shape or if you're looking to dip your toes into the fighting the world, Carolina Combat Sports and Fitness is where you should start if you're in the CLT area. IV !!

The best fighting gym I have gone to. I am a former D2 tennis player, and I feel safe when I am training in CCS and competing in matches around the area for my sport. Great mental strengthening and even better people.

It is a very cozy place. I feel very happy to train there, the training is very strong and constructive for the development of muscle mass and different exercises are learned for the development of self-defense. The most important thing is that they have excellent hygiene in the different spaces, I recommend it.

This place is incredible! Coach Ziegler and Coach Shameek do an amazing job of breaking down the moves. There is a variety of equipment to train with and excellent training partners of all skill levels. One of the things I love best is that there are classes in the morning, lunch time, and at night. The training team will help you reach your goals whether it's just to lose weight or to compete at the highest level.

I cannot say enough good things about Carolina combat. My (8 year old) son started kickboxing in late December. His couch Bryan is incredible. The encouragement, the love for the sport and the never ending drive for them to all be their best is nothing short of admirable. Thank you, Carolina Combat team, Tom and all the other coaches!

Awesome facility with not only awesome trainers and coaches but the students are also super helpful and kind. They will work with the less experianced people also. Everyone is here to better eachother. I have a 9 yr old here that plans on spending the rest of his life here lol. Since he has started here his grades have come up. His attitude has gotten better and his confidence is through the roof. He would live there if he could. I actually just signed my teenager up and i might not be far behind. Perfect for all ages and genders.

One of the best places you can train to be a fighter or get into killer shape, I've been doing MMA for several years and have been to multiple gyms, coach Tom is as good as it gets and has some great students including pros, amateurs and overall good teammates

Great school and amazing coaches. I have been training Jiu Jitsu and MMA for couple years now. Have tried many different facilities and schools around Charlotte. By far this is the best I have attended. Definitely recommend checking it out!
