  My 9 year old son has been going to Carlson Gracie for 3 years. It has been a great for him and the family. He has built confidence, physical skills and a sense of respect, all the while having fun. Ben, Aimee and the other instructors are great with the juniors. Highly recommend Carlson Gracie. Paul

  A fantastic teacher who helps to learn Jiu Jitsu to a very high level. I've been training at a Ben Hall gym in the UK for around 2 years and Ben is a great coach and has a load of great coaches as part of his team. It's clear to see the standard difference when you visit other gyms too! Highly recommend. OSS!

  My girls have been doing jiu jitsu at this academy for the last 5 years and we are so happy. Aimee, Ben, Bobby, Eva, Adam and all the rest of the wonderful people that you meet are all amazing and my kids love going here every week! Their concentration has improved so much and they have made lots of friends.
