Coach Albert keep training on the Brazilian jiu-jitsu if there's something I don't know I'm not going to worry about it I miss training. Right now I'm not medically cleared to do Brazilian jiu-jitsu hello to the rest of the girls from Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in the headstrong fitness center in Atascadero near Vons shopping center bye for now Laurie
