Discovering a gym where the focus is on personal growth and skill development is a fantastic achievement. It's inspiring to hear that you've found a place that not only challenges your physical capabilities but also nurtures your mental resilience. Having an instructor who tailors the training to your individual level can make a significant difference in your progress, ensuring that each step you take is solid and confidence-boosting. This personalized approach is key to mastering the art of self-defense and achieving your fitness goals. Keep embracing this journey, as each session is a step towards becoming a stronger, more assured version of yourself.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Novi has been a surprising joy for me. Initially hesitant, I now train three days a week (when work isn't crazy) finding it both physically and mentally rewarding. The practical focus on self-defense, rather than pure BJJ as a sport, is refreshing, and the Gracie network ensures I can keep up even while traveling. It's become a lifelong hobby that has improved both my strength and mental acuity, and I highly recommend it for those who enjoy continuous self-improvement. The coaches and teammates have made all the difference creating an amazing atmosphere for personal growth, not just physical domination. (Also pro tip: I also love doing the Bang Muai Thai offered in the same facility before or after for the full MMA experience.) If your brand new to the sport, the hardest part is trying the first time. Give it go!

This place is awesome! Such a fun environment to train in and everyone is super friendly and welcoming! The instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful while you're starting out too!! I had an absolute blast! 😁 P.s. I'm a woman, so if you were nervous about that, here is your sign that it will be really fun!
