Kind friendly, family caring & they understand my needs in which they encouraging me out when in low mood. I do enjoy coming down even if it's just to watch. Love the atmosphere & interesting banter. Learning is fun & exercise at your own pace, to your own physical abilities. £8 per 2hrs session includes rest breaks and chats at the end. Mondays: Starts 7:15pm - 9.15pm ish & please allow a bit of time after for a great "chin wag" (chat) then off to the local pub or Mc donalds, after if your not too busy. Fantastic!
