I had an awesome time as a drop in visitor here! Rene and his students were very welcoming, I will definitely be sure to stop in again when I travel to the area!

Rene Avezedo is a top-notch instructor with many years of experience that includes earning the title of a four-time world champion. He is very professional and provides an outstanding training environment that is safe and practical for any age and body type. I'm a white belt in my mid-40's and I look forward to many years of training and development with Coach Rene!
