  • I’ve been a member at SAGA since about September 2022, and I cannot recommend them enough. Kyle was really friendly and made it easy to get started, all the black belts are super cool. Training there has been a huge privilege and I am always challenged and pushed to be better by pretty much everyone there. The more experienced guys are super welcoming and always offering knowledge, and everyone seems to check their ego at the door. Being part of this community has been great for me physically and mentally. 11/10 gym to train at.

  • I came across Saga when one of their owners came into an open mat locally. After having one of my most humbling rolls in a while, he was open and honest with feedback on how I did. Since then I have attended seminars, open mats, and events at Saga. It's always welcoming, challenging, and filled with great people to train with. I highly suggest it for people looking for a gym in the area.

  • I’ve been training here since the old ownership. Since these guys took over they have made some awesome improvements to benefit the students. By far the best part of this gym is the culture. and the fact that your training partners and more specifically coaches care about your well being. In my experience these guys have not only watched but been a huge part of my growth on and off the mats.

  • I trained at Saga for a few years, from Blue to Purple belt and can speak from experience when i say it’s a great gym with great people running it. Theres a whole wealth of experienced coaches, from real solid fundamentals, to high level wrestling coaches, leg lock experts and choke experts. There is a lot to be gained as far as Jiu Jitsu knowledge in this gym. Great room for both competitors and hobbyists alike. If you want some tough rounds and competition prep, thats available. If you want to just learn from highly experienced people and do it casually then thats available too. I recommend anyone who's into BJJ checking it out.

  • One of the best things I’ve done is join Saga. Kyle and Maida take the time to personally understand each individuals goals and what they are looking to get out of their jiu jitsu experience. The gym has a diverse variety of students and offer different classes that fit everyone’s needs (no gi/gi, beginner, advanced, open mat, wrestling, Q&A, etc). All of the members and coaches make it clear that when you join Saga, you are now part of a family.
