Bruno is totally committed to helping you reach goals you may never even have known you had. I loved seeing that this kickboxing class doesn't target any specific "type" of person. Girls of all ages, shapes, and sizes come together and motivate each other, creating an amazing atmosphere. It's quite an empowering workout that leaves you feeling completely unleashed.

Master Bruno Souza is an excellent teacher! I've been working with him for about 1 1/2 years doing martial arts and kick boxing. He has a way of teaching that not only makes you understand but also makes you want to be the best. Everytime I work with him I learn something new, he's constantly challenging you! There is never a dull moment in one of Bruno's classes. He encourages you to ask questions and honestly cares about your results. Just an all around great teacher!

I have been training with Bruno for about 5 years now, and had prior training from other schools (and in other arts) as well, and Bruno's delivery of technical instruction is above any I have ever experienced (in any art or school). Through Bruno Souza BJJ I have met some of the best people to train with who continually push me to improve, and are great friends also.

Bruno is not only a teacher he is also a student at Boston Brasilian JJ, so he's constantly evolving and bringing new techniques to his students of which I am one. I'm really proud to be part of such an evolving dojo

I've been working with Bruno for sometime now. I participate in the kickboxing class weekly. He creates such an amazing energy, I get a great workout and I feel as though I am learning a skill. I prefer this style to the aerobic version of kickboxing most often advertised. You will leave his class feeling like you can take on the world. He truly has heart in what he does and no matter what class you choose to take with him he will give you 100% and more. Highly recommended!
