    I have trained at many other gyms this gym is like family. I’m proud to be part of such a great group of men and women. Top notch training mma grappling boxing and wrestling. Team Brojo Rocks.

    This is an excellent place to train mma striking and grappling. After 2 of my other gyms closed/moved I didn't think I'd find another good one in the area that I liked as much. I came here with a background in muay thai and it has really sharpened my boxing skills over the last year. There is always new stuff to learn and a truly great group of people to work with. Zach's coaching is top notch and I feel incredibly fortunate to train here. If you have the opportunity give it a try!
