  My kids absolutely love this gym. Chris and Michelle do such an amazing job with children. Chris explains everything in a way they can understand, and shows them the proper techniques to accomplish the moves he's teaching. There's a great balance of learning and playing that keeps my kids engaged.

  Knowing that someone has real experience in what they are teaching makes a world of difference. Chris has the skill base to back up his teaching as well as the ability to break things down so you can easily understand and improve. Highly recommend training here for all ages and skill sets!

  Was in town for the night and wanted to get a session in. Awesome coach and everyone was very welcoming to a visitor. Will definitely be back whenever I am in town.

  Coach Chris is awesome! He’s been my Coach for over a year and a half. He’s great at teaching techniques and breaks it down so that it’s easy to understand. He’s very respectful, kind, pushes you when you need to be pushed but also let’s you go at your own pace. There both make and female teammates. Everyone is respectful and friendly. I highly recommend his gym!

  Professor Chris is a really good instructor I have been training with him since I was six years old overall great guy I highly recommend training with him and participating in his jiu jitsu classes at Brazilian top team Portland NE great gym!
