I dropped in for an open mat while I was in town and was super impressed with this place. Really chill guys training hard with great technique. I can’t wait until my next trip to Scottsdale so I can train here again. Shout out to Moses for building a great gym!

The overall environment is welcoming at this place. The instructors are super nice, helpful, and understanding about people's skills levels and always reassure you that everyone was a beginner at some point. I never feel intimidated by anyone there and feel welcome as a beginner who's never been active in her life.

Awesome coaches, amazing team and welcoming environment for all ages and belt levels. Coaches continuously go above and beyond and are extremely approachable. If you're in/near the Scottsdale area this is the place to train.

A fresh new open minded perspective on how the jujitsu community operates as a whole community is what this gym brings. My brother is disabled and I’ve never felt that he was excluded in anyway, shape or form. These are professionals, as well as genuine people and coaches that are more then happy to work with you.

Stopped by for a drop in. Super friendly and clean environment. The instructors and the students were very welcoming. Mark was a great instructor, willing to help with the littlest details and very methodical with his teaching. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix area.

BJJ Social Club is the most welcoming and “new guy” friendly gym I have been in. Coaches are excellent and will personally help anyone at any level. This is not one of those gyms where you feel as if you are just a number. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, if your are looking for a great place to train, the social club immediately feels like home. Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. You will not be disappointed.

If your looking for beginner or high level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Social Club is your place. I've trained in literally 100's of gyms coast to coast across America and various countries including Brazil. I can not say enough about the friendly and knowledgeable staff and instructors. There's not a lot of gyms that have not one but several high level black belts teaching and watching over you during classes. I highly recommend BIJ SOCIAL CLUB.

If you want to start your jiu jitsu journey "The Social Club" is a great place to start and grow. From beginner to competitor classes you will gain the foundation to become a good grappler. The environment is perfect because there are no egos at this academy. The classes are small and intimate where you are being taught by 3 black belt instructors, which is very rare too find at a small academy. Don't hesitate like I did when I was thinking about should I try it out. Once your in its addictive. The endurance, confidence and skill sets you gain will add a spark to your life. Try it do it.

I recently visited the new gym in south scottsdale and its great place to practice and learn the art of ju jitsu with friendly people! Moses is awesome and is willing to help no matter your skill level, great gym! I believe they have class everyday at 630pm and have a 7 day free trial - check it out!
