The instructors are super informed, helpful, thorough, and encouraging 🙏 I already notice a big shift in my fitness level and make steps forward every week of the trainings. I look forward to going every Monday and Friday, and am very proud of the progress I’ve made and thankful that I found this place. If you are wondering if it’s for you, just try it! I’m so happy I did💪

  Came to train here while visiting family and can’t say enough good things about his place! Everybody was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Great atmosphere, easy going staff and fantastic training! Awesome place to bring your kids. We would train here all the time if we’d live there.

  Our expectations were exceeded! The trainers ( especially Julian) are very professional, motivated, kind, caring and at the same time direct and structured! We love coming and our kids are very excited about the class and what they learn! We as parents love how the trainers teach the kids discipline, self care and teamwork! We highly recommend this place based on our experiences 👍

  A very well run and organized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy. Very impressed with the level of coaching for the kids classes (2 different age groups and now also an advanced group has been added). I joined at the same time as my son. Very welcoming coaching staff and members. I'm very happy with the coaching in the adult beginners class. Moves are demonstrated and explained very well before practicing with a training partner. A fun atmosphere to learn a martial art and get a good workout.

  An amazing BJJ Academy. My son (9) has loved going there. The training is high quality and the trainers are excellent with the children. Very professional. It's a fun way for kids to gain confidence and learn skills they can apply to everyday life. Thank you, Julian! Matt
