  The Fightlab is an outstanding martial arts studio that is run with heart and passion. I have been part of this great facility for 1 1/2 years, which has first-class equipment, including plenty of punching bags, an octagon, a fitness area and even its own wellness area with a sauna, cold bath and massage chair. The trainers are extremely respectful and treat everyone fairly. Particularly noteworthy is the support and encouragement you receive if you want to fight. Fightlab is definitely a place where you feel comfortable and in good hands. Everyone should see for themselves with a free trial training. It's definitely worth giving it a try!
