The mental, fiscal and emotional advantages that my son and I have taken away from the Academy in the last 10 months is bar none. I have never witness or experienced such a great community in my life. I would recommend the Academy to all ages and walks of life. This place is truly a diamond in the rough.

Posted a month agoJoining this club is like joining a family! The coaches look out for us and bring out the best in us. We learn skills on the mat and build our confidence off the mats. Highly recommended Bowen Brasa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to all ages and levels of experience.
Posted 2 years agoBeing almost 50 and walking in with minimal grappling experience, I was very nervous to start BJJ. However, Brasa Bowen BJJ is amazing! The instructors (and students) are kind, humble and want to help you succeed. If you're looking for a welcoming environment to start your BJJ journey, this is the place! It's never too late to start. If I can do it, you can too.
