My kids go there. I know nothing about BJJ but they like it and seem to be learning a lot. Good place.

I showed up with no prior experience. I was welcomed and given guidance. No mockery, just lessons, rolling and acceptance that we all have goals. I'm grateful to have started here.

Best place to Southern Ohio to learn martial arts and self defense. 10 outta 10.

Great gym all around. It's worth travelling the distance for. I highly recommend checking it out

I finished my first day of bjj fundamentals. Garry and his students are all very nice and welcoming. Garry is very thorough and is a great teacher. It was a great workout, I woke up sore but feeling great. I’m looking forward to my next class and many more
