Had such a great experience dropping in here. Coach DJ welcomed me with open arms and everyone training was very kind and welcoming to an out of towner. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

I love the people, and the lessons are fun. I did kickboxing for a little, but dropped out of it unfortunately, but I am still doing Karate and am having fun with it :D

Easily the best studio in a 50mile radius! Very impressed with the quality training and attention to each student. Kids are in great hands and I'm thankful they get the same foundation we were blessed with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I picked kickboxing, and karate because I need to get active, but hate treadmills. This is a better workout than I got at the gym! Classes are small, welcoming, with people at all levels. DJ is a wonderful teacher. He could remind a student several times in a lesson to keep their hands up, and approaches it in the same calm manner each time. Beyond all of that - it's an awesome deal for an incredible workout! I would definitely recommend this. He even works with people with disabilities, to be effective with what they can do.
