Not just incredible instructors, but they are also incredible people. Two of my daughters have done the class as teens (my oldest just got her blackbelt at 19) and my wife and I started in our mid 40s in the adult class, and across all age groups they are so good at pushing you and encouraging you. They create a supportive community for each class. It's a great work out, and no experience is necessary. I can't recommend this school enough.

I love beyond martial arts, they have taught me so much! The environment has always been so positive and the instructers are always helpful and there for you when you need them. I've been here for about 3 years now and everyone has super kind. I have definitely been taught so much from Beyond!

Master Thalia is the best instructor of all time. My son just earned his black belt, first dan, at 11 years old thanks to Master Thalia’s dedication through Covid and beyond. She has been amazing in every way and Beyond Martial Arts is the PLACE because of her!

Beyond is a place that my son can easily call his second home. Mr and Mrs. Roth are such a great influence to the kids and truly want the best for their students. It's really more than a Taekwondo Studio,it's a taekwondo family!

We cannot believe the community we have found at Beyond MA. The instructors are so passionate about martial arts but extend this to their students and families as well. Beyond MA has become a second home to us. It truly does not matter your skill level or abilities. As long as you have the motivation to show up/learn something new, Beyond is the right place for you.

Beyond Martial Arts has been wonderful for my young, energetic son. The Roths are patient & kind, yet have a way of getting young ones to pay attention and work hard. I love how they talk to the kids about applying principles of taekwondo outside of class. I’d recommend Beyond to anyone looking for something positive to add to their kid’s lives.

Our son has attended Beyond Martial Arts for two years now and the growth we’ve seen in him is phenomenal. In that time, we’ve also gotten to observe Mr. and Mrs. Roth–the owners and lead instructors–teach everyone from the tiniest beginners to the most advanced children and adults, and their ability to tailor the teaching, the class, and even their attitude and demeanor, toward each age group, and level is something else. They were made to do this. We love Beyond Martial Arts!

Our wiggly 5 year boy has grown leaps and bounds since joining Beyond MA! His focus and respect is leagues of what it was before he started. His discipline has really improved and you can see how much he loves it. Mr. and Mrs. Roth have such a kind, loving but disciplined approach to all their classes that you can't help but feel welcomed to make mistakes and excel there. Joining Beyond has been one of the best things we have done for our children--in fact our 3 year old is ready to start as soon as she is old enough--and I have thought about joining a class too! I can not recommend them enough!

In December of 2020 Beyond had a promotion for 6 weeks of class and a uniform for $60. I signed my stepson up for a Christmas gift not knowing if he would enjoy it or not. On the first night of class when we were given class information, he asked if we could sign the contract for 3 years of training…and we have never regretted the choice to commit to it. Everyone was so welcoming and accepting of him and made him feel like he belonged from the very beginning. Beyond is so much more than a martial arts training program. The Roths teach skills that help their students become strong citizens in their schools and communities. They teach strong character traits and leadership skills on top of self defense, board breaks, weapons, forms, sparring and so much more. My stepson thrives under their teaching and loves every minute he spends in class! We love the community among the members as well. Everyone has each others back and is happy to help out with each others kids when needed. I highly recommend Beyond to anyone of any age whether you are looking for taekwondo training, or a place to belong, or both!

Both of my children take lessons here and we honestly are so lucky to have found them. I can not say enough great things about Beyond Martial Arts and the Roth Family that own and run the business. They are absolutely incredible! Having watched them teach it is clear that they really love what they do. Before coming here we struggled to find a sport my oldest showed any interest in. After a few classes with the Roth Family at Beyond Martial Arts, he was "all-in". He has now been taking lessons here for over 2 years. The amount of personal growth he has gained by participating in the Taekwondo program here is "Beyond" amazing. The best part is he isn't just learning self-defense, he is learning life-long lessons as well as how to be a good person. If you are looking for a place for you or your kid(s) to take martial arts I seriously hope you try Beyond Martial Arts first!

We love Elite Martial Arts, you won’t meet a nicer group of people. Mr. Besada is great and works really well with the kids! I have seen such an improvement in my shy son’s self confidence in just a few months due to his training and encouragement from the instructors :)

We who appreciate the wonderful experience we have had at Elite Martial Arts, Olathe, are excited that Elite is coming to a location farther north in our community. Mr. Besada will be the main instructor and he is one of our most beloved teachers. All of the children adore him and the adults likewise enjoy his instruction and the discipline and respect he helps to instill in our children. Martial Arts is a valuable tool for any kid or adult and I can't think of a better place to learn it than at an Elite school. It is so much more than self defense. It builds self-control, balance, agility, flexibility, and encourages positive life skills, through learning forms, traditional Korean weapons, sparring, and everyone's favorite, combat sparring. If competition is something you enjoy, there is that opportunity as well. We don't ask "Did you get a medal" but "Did you have fun? and Did you make a new friend?" It is a positive environment for growth of body and character. What a great opportunity to try one or more of the free community events. Don't miss out!

We love Elite Martial Arts. My daughter has been training there for 9 years. She started out a very shy, introverted little girl who wouldn’t look anyone in the eye. She wouldn’t even raise her hand in school. Now, she is an outgoing, confident young woman that holds her head high in any situation. Elite Martial Arts not only teaches the physical part, but also the mental part. They promote self esteem, honesty and respect. Elite Martial Arts is absolutely an extension of our family and is the best decision we have ever made.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My son absolutely loves it!! Miss Jean and Master Reymoore are the absolute best!!! It's all about the kids and their experiences. The training and the practice sessions are geared at the skill level of the child and gradually build from there. It's always fun for the kids and just the right level of intensity! I'd not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!
