  My two boys have been training at Bermuda Martial Arts for three years now, and I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. What they've gained goes far beyond BJJ — the confidence, discipline, listening skills, and respect they've developed have been just as valuable as anything they've learned on the mat. Liam is an excellent teacher and positive role model. He's accommodating, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about the young people he works with. I've attended a few adult classes myself when I can make it, and I've come away learning something every time - it's always a humbling experience for me. The cost is also worth mentioning. For what you get, it's extremely reasonable — other classes in the area would set me back around £150+ a month for the three of us. Liam charges a fraction of that, and the quality doesn't suffer for it. Not all BJJ gyms are equal. If you're looking for a class that builds character as much as it builds technique, Bermuda is the place.

  I’ve been coming to BMA for a couple of months now and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I was a bit nervous coming into my first class but Liam and the rest of the group were extremely welcoming and I soon felt more comfortable. The attention to detail from Coach Liam is fantastic and even though I’m attending a group session, I still feel like I’m able to get advice and support from him. I’m only at the beginning of my Jiu Jitsu journey but I think it’s safe to say, I’ll be training her for the duration.

  Recently stated grappling for the first time and decided to give Bermuda a go. I can already tell this is a top gym to learn and better myself, Liam is a great coach and very welcoming I highly recommend for beginners .

  I cannot recommend Bermuda Martial Arts enough. Liam is an excellent coach when it comes to BJJ & Wrestling. With an excellent understanding of technique and the ability to teach, I would recommend anyone from beginners to advanced learners.

  Can’t say enough good things about BMA. Both Liam and Brad are absolutely amazing. They create such a positive environment where kids learn so much and their confidence flourishes. My son loves it and then so much. I can’t wait until my daughter can start too. Highly, highly recommend

  I didn’t start BJJ till I was 41 years old (so I was very nervous), I tried another place first which was fine but I wanted to compare it, so I tried Bermuda Martial Arts…… and have never looked back, Liam is a fantastic teacher to everyone on every level. and everybody makes you feel so welcome. the beginners class is fantastic and as you progress there is some legitimate high level guys and they are all more than happy to help you along the way to improve your game. It doesn’t take long before you feel apart of the BMA family. I can’t wait to start my youngest when he turns 5. If your thinking about going here, don’t think, just do it you will not regret it.
