  Training MMA, wrestling, BJJ/grappling. Excellent atmosphere, coaches and teammates want the best for you both inside and outside the gym. All of the classes from kids, teens and adults are very welcoming making you want to come back and learn more. Me, my kids and friends are all happy to train here and meet people from other gyms here also that come to train.

  Amazing youth club, loads of facilities and things to do for the kids such as pool table, table tennis, ps5. Also takes them on trips such as climbing and ice skating. Also does a lot of work for the community. Helps kids get of the streets. Very good martial art classes for both kids and adults

  Great family friendly gym that is very active in the community raising money for Syria,Gaza etc and addressing issues amongst the youth like knife crime. The classes are top notch. I've personally attended the Muay Thai, MMA and BJJ classes and my kids go to some classes and they've gone to the youth club. The coaches and owners are all local brothers and are doing a fantastic job.

  I myself have been training in the adults MMA class and my children, 9,8 and 6 year olds have been training both MMA and boxing. Prior to this I had practically zero training and knew very little about martial arts. The coaches as well as training partners here have been extremely supportive both on and off the mats and there is a great family like atmosphere. There is a high emphasis on respectful sparring as opposed to simply trying to hurt your training partner which builds confidence and skill. Along with this the youth club which runs on Friday evenings is also amazing.

  LMA Academy is a great place where Youth Development has been combined with Martial Arts. With a range of classes from Boxing, BJJ & MMA being delivered by excellent coaches and programs such as the Friday night youth club, I would recommend it to parents and anyone interested in learning a new skill.
