My son was being bullied at school and had quick the knock in his confidence. At first, we weren’t sure that introducing martial arts to him would be the right thing as we were worried he would get in fights. HOWEVER we tried it and it’s changed all of our lives for the better! He’s been enjoying it so much it made me want to have a go at the adult classes. My first class I was so nervous because I’ve never tried it before. But by the end of that first class, I was excited to go to more! I’ve just completed my first grading and received by red belt. I’m now setting my goals high to get all the way to black. In the words of Shia Labeouf: JUST DO IT 💪🏻

Benefit came into my daughters school to do a demonstration, she was hooked from that minute onwards. She's been going for a year and a half now. She's grown in confidence, it keeps her fit and she loves the coaches, who encourage all the students. They help them with their individual journeys with kindness and patience.

Our son is loving his martial arts classes with Jordan and Stuart who are also supported by a wider team that are always on hand to make sure everyone gets any help they need during their classes. Welcoming and encouraging to all and in particular I like the flexibility that classes are available all week so we are not fixed or missing out if something else comes up too. Definitely recommend!

Since starting last year my son has gained so much confidence. He struggles to stay engaged in anything due to his ADHD and autism but Benefit martial arts has been a game changer for him. He’s happier, more confident and looks forward to his sessions every week. It’s given me so much happiness to watch my child not only achieve his belts in grading but seeing the smile on his face. Equally the teachers really do care and I feel that makes such a massive difference. Having someone who puts your child’s happiness and well being on the same level you do as a parent really is rare. Would highly recommend to any adult or child. Looking forward to the future and seeing how far my young man can go!

My children love benefit Martial arts. It's done wonders for their confidence and self esteem. Especially my middle child wow he's now really confident. Both my boys have sen and they do amazing here.
