Kevin Balmer taught my daughter in the Monday evening self defense class before she headed to college. I am very impressed with his extensive knowledge of martial arts, and the techniques he taught her to defend herself in an attack. It is a fabulous learning environment for any age. I highly recommend Kevin Balmer and the Balmer Martial Arts and Fitness Center.

I recently took a women's self defense class at Balmer Martial Arts. They taught a lot of moves and techniques that were very helpful and very easy to remember. I am definitely more confident then I ever was. It was an awesome class and I highly recommend Balmer Martial Arts.

Master Balmer is a true professional. He instructs you on the correct way without causing permanent damage to your body. If all instructors paid this much attention to their students Martial Arts would not ever have negative reviews. I will stay loyal to him because I'm earning my belts not buying them. Thank You for the quality and consistent attention you pass along Master Balmer. You are simply the best in Southern Indiana and the Louisville area. :-)
