This was our first martial arts experience and it has been surprisingly amazing. The instructors are great with young kids! Highly recommend it to everyone!
I recently took a women's self defense class at Balmer Martial Arts. They taught a lot of moves and techniques that were very helpful and very easy to remember. I am definitely more confident then I ever was. It was an awesome class and I highly recommend Balmer Martial Arts.

Master Balmer is a true professional. He instructs you on the correct way without causing permanent damage to your body. Kevin Balmer taught my daughter in the Monday evening self defense class before she headed to college. I am very impressed with his extensive knowledge of martial arts, and the techniques he taught her to defend herself in an attack. It is a fabulous learning environment for any age.
