I have been training at Balance Jiu Jitsu for the past few months, and it has truly been a life-changing experience. The instructors are all highly skilled and dedicated, and the community of students is welcoming and supportive. Whether you are a beginner looking to try something new or an experienced practitioner looking to take your skills to the next level, Balance Jiu Jitsu is the perfect place to train. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the class schedule is convenient and flexible. I can't recommend this gym enough - it has improved my physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being in countless ways. Thank you, Balance Jiu Jitsu, for everything!

Been going to balance for about 2 months now. The atmosphere is incredible and I felt right at home instantly. Balance is everything that you'd want in a juijitsu community and the instructors are fantastic, and the peers are equally awesome. Every class is a blast and as soon as I leave the mat I'm itching to get back. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get into juijitsu to start the journey at balance.

What a great place to learn and get a great work out in for beginners to advanced skill levels. Matt, Marcia and the members couldn't be more welcoming. Broad range of class times with online availability and variety makes getting to classes convenient. Classes are well structured, and coaches are friendly and attentive to your individual skill level, helping out where needed. Definitely recommend!

I've trained BJJ for almost 20 years and this is where I take my son. Excellent kids coaches, who are all parents - this is important because they celebrate your child's successes but can also emphasize when they're having a bad day. Highly recommended!
