I never write reviews but here we go. I am 6’6 and 330LBS I wanted to start Jiu Jitsu to build more confidence in myself but I was nervous I wouldn’t fit in with all the other belts. I decided to sign up for my first free trial class and Antonio reached out, he helped me coordinate a good day and time to come in and answered all the questions I had. My free trial was with Proffesor Hafa. He made me feel confortable and pushed me hard enough to break a sweat but also allowed me time to catch my breath as this is a brand new thing, he also worked around my weaknesses to make moves work because I’m a bigger person. Wow after the free trial it was a challenge but it was addicting. I learned the basics of what is done every class to build foundation. After this Trial Antonio showed me the membership options. He was very understanding and especially was not pushy when I stated that I needed to think about it. Well, I signed up next day and it is one of the best investments you can make into yourself. I attended my first class and now I’m on my 15th class. I meet professor Gui on my first class he is so humble and polite and really makes you feel welcomed. Every class I am getting better Fundementally and building more stamina. The people that are in the adult classes are amazing. They are very understanding that you are new and need some more time to learn things. Even though I get my butt kicked every class because I’m so new, I learn something everyday to make me better and I love that. Although I am a brand new whitebelt, I am happy to call this my Jiu Jitsu gym and I can’t wait to keep attending classes. Summary If you are overweight and are anxious about trying something new. DO IT. Proffesor Gui, Hafa, and Antonio are the most polite and humble people you will meet and the attendees of the classes are also great. Definitely do your free trial and see what’s it’s about!

Great Jiu Jitsu school for all skills, ages and levels. I have traveled around the US and Atos Austin Jiu Jitsu is one of the top schools to train. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would encourage all kids to enroll in Atos Jiu Jitsu to enhance life skills and confidence.

I've been attending Atos BJJ for over a year now, and I can't express how much I've enjoyed my time there. The school boasts top-notch instructors who provide excellent guidance. The camaraderie among the students is truly inspiring; we all support and challenge each other to grow. Atos BJJ is undoubtedly a fantastic place to learn and thrive in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Atos Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been an incredibly positive experience for my son. Professors Guilherme Campos, Antonio and Rafael run an excellent program. They are patient and attentive but command respect and discipline. The boys and girls in their classes really enjoy the work and it’s incredible how quickly they become familiar and comfortable with the sport. The progression and improvement that I have seen has been significant in a short period of time. My son looks forward to his classes and likes to work hard to earn his next promotion. We have even attended a tournament with the team, which was an awesome experience and super exciting. The business itself is well run, the classes are convenient and on time and the facility is very clean. My son is stronger, fitter and more confident thanks to Atos!

I started with Atos at the beginning of this year. I have learned so much in 8 months. I cant say enough positive comments about my journey. The instruction is great. Lessons are designed weekly with a different area of focus. Example might be one week is side-mount escapes and the next week would be side-mount attacks. The other big plus are the other students. It seems that everyone is there to help each other. We all realize we are there to learn and each member does a great job of helping each other in that process. I look forward to each class and would recommend this to anyone interested in a BJJ place to call home!
