  I was visiting the area and dropped in for the Sunday class/open mat. I’ve been training for over 3 years and currently hold a 2-stripe blue belt. Coach Mike was subbing that day, and the experience was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and Coach Mike’s class was both fun and insightful. What really stood out was how generous Coach Mike was with his time—he stayed late after class to chat and help me out, which I truly appreciated. That kind of care and dedication left a big impression on me. I walked away not just with techniques, but with deeper principles and problem-solving concepts I can apply to my game. The facility is super clean, the vibe is positive, and the instruction is top-tier. I have a ton of respect for Coach Mike and this dojo because of how they treated me. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Thank you again for the amazing experience!

It’s more than a gym—it’s a space to unwind, sharpen your mind, and just breathe.

  This is hands down the best BJJ gym you will find in this area. This gym is clean, spacious, and a relaxing place to train. The instruction is professional, clear, and concise. There is absolutely no ego at this school from anyone, instructor or student. It is truly a place where you can learn from and with people who are willing to share what they think and know so you can get one percent better every day. This is not just a BJJ gym, it is a Jiu Jitsu family you want to be a part of.

  My family and I moved to the area about a year ago. We are a jiu-jitsu family, and started looking for a gym even before closing on our house. We checked out several jiu-jitsu places in the area, but instantly realized this one was the best by far after meeting the owners/instructors Mike and his son, Jake. We liked the relaxed and low key atmosphere, and how welcoming everyone was! We were never pressured to join. Unlike many other gyms that are quick to get you locked in, Mike took his time with us giving us ample time to decide if this school was the right fit. We feel very lucky to be apart of this jiu-jitsu family. Both Mike and Jake are excellent instructors, and do a fabulous job at breaking down what they teach. They are truly passionate about jiu-jitsu and passing on their love of the sport to others!

  Very friendly and welcoming Jiu Jitsu school. The instructor's explanations during drilling are very detailed and easy to understand. The other students were also very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Overall pleasant training experience.
