    Excellent jiu-jitsu training! We go three times a week for our son and he has advanced so much since coming here. The instructors have a great balance of teaching styles and getting the student ready for tournaments. They do Youth and adult classes. It's a great place, we definitely recommend!

    My son has been a student here for about 8 months and he loves it. He is getting great training while in a safe environment. Dennis, the head instructor, is great with my son. Arena BJJ has a family type atmosphere and the other kids quickly become friends with each other. Finally and as a side note, the Arena team just competed in a tournament last week and their youth team took 2nd place overall. Highly recommend this place.

    I dropped in recently at Arena BJJ. This is the second time in a few years that they've allowed me to come by and drop in. Arena BJJ has pleasant, friendly instructors, and a good morning crew (I attended their 6am session). I'd definitely recommend Arena BJJ to anyone living in the south suburbs. Thanks guys and hope to drop in again at some point!

    My daughter and I have been attending classes here for roughly one year. The instructors are phenomenal and the gym has a great family feel. I can't recommend this place enough.
