The quality of jiu jitsu instruction is good and everyone was friendly and actually came up to me and says hi. That was nice. I didn’t detect any toxic attitudes, macho/tough guy behavior or weird stuff. It was a relaxed atmosphere to do not relaxing activity. Techniques were demonstrated clearly and technically. Self-defense instruction used realistic scenarios, and focused on how smaller people can defend and escape from larger attackers. I’m going back.
Posted 1 year agoAmazing training, they take care of you if you just started. Thats was my first time and i want to come all the days. 100% recommended if you want to do a sport with experts. By the way THE FIRST TRAINING IS FREE.

Posted 1 year agoHad a great time dropping in while traveling. Facilities are new and everything was really clean. People were friendly and everyone I rolled with were good training partners. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Miami!
Posted 1 year agoMaster Guillerme Arashiro is truly a world class fighter, instructor and triple black belt, has his own curriculum to take you from self defense to jiujitsu competitor, the more I learn the more I know that I don’t know enough, by keeping this mentality of the empty cup it will keep you open to always learn.
