Aqueous Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the best Jiu Jitsu gym in Bedford New Hampshire and surrounding towns. Whether you are a hobbyist or choose to compete you will feel right at home at this gym. Very friendly and supportive environment. Solid rolls for people looking to improve their jujitsu. Greg is an awesome instructor and explains the techniques in a way that everyone can understand

I love to cross train at this gym. The coach is super warm and welcoming. There’s always a bunch of other females on the mat. The upper belts are very helpful. Everyone is always laughing and having a good time.

Cannot say enough how great this place is. Greg is great with the kids and my son has dramatically become a better person because of this class/instruction/other people. I would highly recommend this place to any parent who’s interested in signing their kids up.

Greg has created an amazing environment where anyone can come and learn Jiu Jitsu. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and focused on keeping the students safe while they learn, and also making it fun along the way.

Was in town and decided to visit Aqueous BJJ. I've been training for a little while now, visited some gyms in the area, and this is hands down one of, if not the best gym in the area. On top of getting great instruction and terrific rounds, you will feel welcomed the second you walk in. If you are in the area, check this place out. If you are hesitant to start bjj, also check this place out. You will walk out wanting to come back again the next day

Great gym. I wish I didn't live over an hour away. I trained there for 3 or 4 months at their noon class and had an awesome time and learned a ton. Great group of people.

I’m lucky and grateful to have been shown this gym. It’s the type of gym I’ve been dreaming about going to all my life. Greg has a welcoming friendly humorous vibe to him that clicks really well in all his classes. Not only do I learn a lot and get a lot of experience here but I feel very comfortable in the process. Didn’t take long to feel at home here. Rare unique super friendly atmosphere. Everyone is there to help each other. With a lot of students you get a lot of valuable rolls.

I visited Aqueous recently and had a great experience. The instructor is really great and the community here is fantastic. There's a great sense of family and support here. The head instructor Greg is awesome, very knowledgeable and brings in great guest instructors for seminars from time to time. Definitely a fantastic place in NH if you're interested in learning bjj or if you're knowledgeable and want to get some rolls in. I will definitely be visiting again.

I visited my fiancé’s family in Manchester for the holidays and wanted to get some training in. I reached out through the website contact form and received a quick and welcoming response from Greg. The gym is easy to get to and the mat space is large and clean. Everyone was very welcoming and I’m glad I chose to train here. Definitely check them out if you’re in the area.

Me and my sons have been training here since Sep 2016. It's a good atmosphere. Solid instruction. Not too many meat-heads trying to win a world-championship in their head when they are rolling with you. Fair prices and great kids class.

Top notch facility, always clean and there's always a large variety or different classes from Yoga to Brazilian Jiu-Jitdu. Professor Greg West is very dedicated to the art. He has dedicated many hours to progressing in Jiu-Jitsu and he brings that dedication to teaching his students. I trained all over the country and currently train at one of the top gyms in the world in San Diego and when I visit New Hampshire, Aqueous is the place I go. Best in New Hampshire.
