    Aqueous Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the best Jiu Jitsu gym in Bedford New Hampshire and surrounding towns. Whether you are a hobbyist or choose to compete you will feel right at home at this gym. Very friendly and supportive environment. Solid rolls for people looking to improve their jujitsu. Greg is an awesome instructor and explains the techniques in a way that everyone can understand

    I visited Aqueous recently and had a great experience. The instructor is really great and the community here is fantastic. There's a great sense of family and support here. The head instructor Greg is awesome, very knowledgeable and brings in great guest instructors for seminars from time to time. Definitely a fantastic place in NH if you're interested in learning bjj or if you're knowledgeable and want to get some rolls in. I will definitely be visiting again.

    I’m lucky and grateful to have been shown this gym. It’s the type of gym I’ve been dreaming about going to all my life. Greg has a welcoming friendly humorous vibe to him that clicks really well in all his classes. Not only do I learn a lot and get a lot of experience here but I feel very comfortable in the process. Didn’t take long to feel at home here. Rare unique super friendly atmosphere. Everyone is there to help each other. With a lot of students you get a lot of valuable rolls.

    I love to cross train at this gym. The coach is super warm and welcoming. There’s always a bunch of other females on the mat. The upper belts are very helpful. Everyone is always laughing and having a good time.

    Greg has created an amazing environment where anyone can come and learn Jiu Jitsu. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and focused on keeping the students safe while they learn, and also making it fun along the way.
