This was the best thing I could do for my 5 year old so he could learn about his body. The exercises, controlled arm movements, balance on kick really helped develop and improve his ability in other sports. In addition, the self defense, learning respect and friendships was a total plus!!! Thanks Mr. Todd, it was a blessing to go all the way to Black Belt, but there was so much more he gained!!!
I gave five stars because I could not choose 10! Mr. Todd is wonderful! My children have worked with him for years. He is personable and great with children and teens alike. He has the ability to really connect with his students in a perfect balance of fun (and funny!) and seriousness. He motivates them and encourages them. My children have learned discipline, respect, control, and hard work through him. He has also become a type of mentor and friend. I cannot recommend Mr. Todd and AMAS enough!
My daughter loves his class. She’s learned a lot and love martial arts because of it.
AMAS has been remarkable for our girls. Not only for the skills of self defense but the lessons of respect and being committed to the program. Todd keeps a structured program, pushes them to be their best, and they ALWAYS have fun while doing it. Highly recommend 👌
My girls have been apart of AMA 6 years . Todd is a exceptional instructor ,fun for the kids , the kids don't realize that they are learning valuable lessons that might one day save there lives .
Our son really enjoyed his time with Todd. He does a great job teaching all ages the importance of respect and self control while learning self defense skills and having fun. Highly recommend.
