Master Hyun and the entire staff are super friendly and PATIENT. Master always motivate my son to do his best never give up to be respectful and nice to everyone. Children feel really confident and comfortable in this place. The classes teach discipline, respect, focus and self defense but the kids has a lot of fun too 🙃 Kids love Master Hyun. My son confidence has skyrocketed. He wants to do more want to learn new things he was to be a champion 🏆 My son English is not perfect but Master explain and show him everything the language is not the problem . My son loves it and I can't wait to see where American Martial Arts journey leads him.I heavily recommend this school and I promise that your child will not regret taking these classes. They will love!

US Taekwondo in Wood Dale is great !!!! The instructor is great with the kids, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend the class to anyone.
I can't enough great things about it Master Hyun. He's amazing with the kids all while teaching them respect, discipline and the art of Taekwondo. My daughter absolutely loves it, I'm happy we took the chance and enrolled her.

I cannot rave enough about this fantastic place! My son started going here couple of months ago, and not only his school activity and behavior improved, but also he has found new confidence, new friends and most of all LOVES Taekwondo so much! The Master is absolutely fantastic in his teaching, kind, warm, upbeat with kids, lifts and teaches them great values, respect and strength. The administrative lady at the desk is nice, informative, kind and always responsive. What a great way to add value to your kids life and it brings so much joy to the parents watching their children improve too! Thank u for opening up such a wonderful spot!!

I was worried about having my 4yr old join this class when i tell u he was nervous he was nervous too 10min in the instructor had him very relaxed and comfortable participating in the sessions he was very patient my son has ADHD cant stand or sit still but his manner of handling children with difficulties was amazing anyone that has children and want them to be more active i would recommend here super sweet to my son and daughter and managed his ADHD very well
Master Hyun is a great instructor! He demonstrates patience and always encourages the class to be their best self. My kids have been enjoying Taekwondo for over a year and are working hard for their black belt. I highly recommend this location. The schedule is flexible, they offer birthday parties, and have parent night- outs too!
Master Hyun is an excellent Tae Kwon Do instructor. He is enthusiastic and the way he works with kids is so great. He makes class time really fun for his students. My child came from another martial arts school to this one and he just loves it. The tournaments are also a lot of fun for the whole family.

I am so glad I found this place! In the few months that my son has been attending I have seen incredible growth, maturity and discipline. He has become so dedicated not only in his martial art training but in his overall life. Master Hyun is very patient and an excellent teacher. Not only does he teach Taekwondo but he teaches skills that can be used in everyday life! I highly recommend!
Instructor Hyun does a great job working with the students. There is a structure and discipline they learn inside the class that they can apply outside the classes. My son DJ has matured taking the classes. Instructor Hyun will challenge the children, help them be great team members and leaders.
Master Hyun is a great master who represents a great role model the kids look up to with his respectfulness, confidence, and leadership. Same with the instructors. My younger brother always looks forward to the classes because of the friendly and disciplined enivronment.
Master Hyun and the assistant instructors are all amazing! They have so much energy and patience when working with the students! My two boys absolutely love coming to class and have learned so much!

Master Hyun and the US Taekwondo team are amazing. My son has been going there for about a year now and has always felt welcoming. My son has hearing loss and everyone is always very accomadating. The team is very organized, patient and attentive. We also had my son’s birthday party at US Taekwondo everything was very organized and they were great hosts. I highly recommend this school.

It's been a few months and my kids are learning the importance of discipline and have become more confident while being respectful for others. Great Martial Arts Program. Master Jin is a great mentor and really cares for her pupils success. Master Jin, and Master Cho with the help of the instructors make it a great experience. Master jin is gone so... Beware: Under New Management /New owners!! The school has gone down the drain!! after 8 months of my 12 year old participating. Management is "very unprofessional, rude and unethical" as a parent/consumer I brought up a question and I was unexpectedly laughed at by management. The new owners do not clean the mats, children's feet and white pants are filthy. It really was the greatest School when the previous owners were there. The previous owners were clean and they actually cared about the kids and showed affection to the parents and the children. The new owner is extremely full of himself and has no customer service skills whatsoever, he needs to Humble himself. New owners should spend time cleaning and teaching and less time getting aggressive with patents or laughing in your face. If you are a current parent at the school you know what I'm talking about when your child is done with class and has black feet. My child sees toenails all over the mats and it smells musty. I will no longer be bringing my child here. I hope they clean this facility before the Board of Health gets involved.
