Absolutely incredible gym! My wife and I were passing through town and were welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere was inviting, and we immediately felt like part of the family. The instruction was top-notch—both professional and detail-oriented—making it clear that this is a place where students truly grow. If I lived locally, this would hands down be my home gym. My only regret is not being in town longer to get more training in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality BJJ and a great community!
I could not recommend this gym anymore! Professor Brandon and his students were beyond friendly and welcoming. The quality and delivery of instruction is top notch within a very relaxed environment. I am more than happy to have been able to find this gym and attended the sessions that I did. I would encourage anyone in the area to pay a visit.
Top notch. Our son has been in youth classes in AIBJJ since they opened. Brandon is an outstanding instructor, teacher & overall mentor. He is very passionate and supportive to the individual needs of the students. Overall atmosphere is fantastic and always a positive environment to be. Grateful to have an academy like this locally for our son to learn from.
Was able to drop in on this place while I was traveling for work. It was a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone was focused on improving, but also taking care of each other. Brandon was easy to talk to about setting up my drop in time with his class schedule, and once I was on the mats, his knowledge of jiu jitsu was vast. I especially appreciated the extra details he provided as a fellow "smaller" competitor. Really enjoyed the experience and I hope I have another opportunity to drop in again. Thank you, Brandon and Jessica are definitely building something special!
I personally don’t practice the sport but I have watched Brandon coach for the past several years while my husband has trained beside him. Brandon as well as his wife Jess is very welcoming and Brandon is very knowledgeable as well as passionate about the sport.
Highly recommend this location if you live in or around the area or if you are just pass through!
We are visiting from out of town and selected the drop in class. Brandon was not only extremely welcoming and hospitable, but clearly knowledgeable and a world class teacher. Teaching is difficult, and we were welcomed with patience and never felt as if it was anything different than one on one coaching. Not only did he teach us new skills while we were here, but he helped us drill them until we were comfortable with executing them smoothly and efficiently. He did not waste any time with useless warm up exercises, it was all warm ups specific to the training he planned to have us work on that day. Whether you are just visiting or if you live nearby, I can't recommend this location and instructor highly enough. Well done.
