Adult and kids are welcomed here. They teach kids discipline and what they need to know about defending themselves against bullies and adult attackers. They are great with the kids and truly care about each of their students. The atmosphere and kindness shown gives kids the ability to open up to the instructors. I can't imagine a more kinder place to send my son to learn how to protect himself.
