  I totally recommend Flood City Jiu-Jitsu. I’m enrolled in their Muay Thai class and giving the Boxing class a try as well. The techniques I’m learning are very beneficial. Plus it’s a great workout. Come check it out.

  Flood city is a top gym. When I signed up for classes I had competition in mind and Coach got me prepared to take 2 gold medals 🥇 Recommended to anyone who wants to learn how to defend themselves or compete! Coach Miller is friendly and very knowledgeable! Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I hope to see you in training !!

  This gym has become such a great part of my family's life. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. Coach Miller is a knowledgeable guy and is right in there with you helping you improve and learn. I have learned really valuable skills here, and made some really great friends along the way.

  When I first thought about going to a gym, I was concerned with the horror story atmosphere that I’ve read about in online forms, but this place is anything but that. These guys have become great friends as well as training partners. Coach Johnny is really good at welcoming everyone in, no matter what your experience level is. Highly recommend giving Flood City a chance!

  Johnny and Co. are by far the most knowledgeable and nicest guys around. Wrestling, jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, you can find all of it here. Whether you’re a beginner or a life long practitioner looking for a new home - look no further. Everyone has to start somewhere and there is no better place to start than Flood City.
