Alliance are truly the best. The level of instruction is world class. What makes this place so special is the way everyone supports each others individual journey in this great sport.
I’ve been here 30 times (and I have a stripe to prove it, lol). It’s my first experience with any type of martial arts, and I feel so lucky to have found Alliance. Even though it’s the beginning of my Jiu-Jitsu journey, I’ve found a community full of wonderful people who really motivate me to keep pursuing this! I’ve noticed such a huge improvement not only in my physical health but also in my mental health! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me in this adventure, and I’m forever grateful for Alliance!

Excellent academy! Rodrigo is an incredible athlete and BJJ coach. I'm a black belt with over a decade of training, and Rodrigo is one of my favorite instructors and sparring partners. The school offers a very nice and clean training environment. I've enjoyed meeting some of the other students. Everyone there is really cool, regardless of their experience level. Overall, this is a great place for people new to the sport as well as those with a lot of time on the mats. I highly recommend Alliance Roswell.
I started at Alliance Roswell about a year ago. as someone who was middle-aged, overweight and unathletic I was apprehensive. Thanks to the encouraging and friendly atmosphere I was immediately comfortable training there. Learning BJJ is challenging, and having good coaching and training partners who can challenge you safely is important. Alliance Roswell gives me that environment. You could not ask for a better head instructor than Rodrigo. His long experience practicing, coaching and competing in BJJ translates into an excellent curriculum for beginners or experienced practitioners. Anyone at any level is welcome here and everyone who does would benefit from it!

A transformative experience at Alliance BJJ Roswell ! I enrolled my son Liam at Alliance BJJ Roswell last December, I was looking for a way to help build his character confidence, strength, athleticism and discipline, but at the same time still allowing him to have fun! Wow all my expectations have been exceeded! As a parent I feel like this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made ! He has made lots of friends, and his professor is awesome with him and all the other kids ! He is a certified Black belt , and truly dedicated to his craft . You can tell by all the attention and dedication he has with the kids . Coach Matt And Rachel are awesome as well,and they are always trying to help the kids improve, really phenomenal practitioners all the way around! My son Liam now has 10 stripes and will be trying for his new belt soon ! I might be even more excited than him ! I’ve watched my son grow tremendous with his skills from learning basic moves to more advanced submissions. I also love how they watch them very closely when they are training to ensure all the kids safety! Jujitsu has not only taught my son self defense, but has also instilled discipline and respect in him. He approaches challenges with a new level of confidence both on and off the Matt ! The classes are always fun and full of energy and the sense of community is awesome he as well as I and his mother have made tons of friendships. I whole heartedly recommend ALLIANCE BJJ Roswell to anyone who wants to see their children grow and improve as individuals and never have to worry if they can defend themselves! Give them a try you won’t regret it and the first class is free ! Visit for your first free class you’ll be amazed what your child can achieve ! I like it so much I also signed up!! Give it a shot !
Joined about a year and a half ago with 0 prior jiu jitsu/wrestling experience. Was instantly welcomed into a very great and friendly community. I would highly recommend joining Alliance at Roswell. The staff/coach is phenomenal

My son has REALLY been enjoying jiujitsu at this facility! The coaches are so patient and seasoned with dealing with children of all ages, personalities and levels. They have made it fun for him will helping to instill discipline and technique. This program has impacted his behavior in such a positive way. His concentration and focus has improved. We are loving the staff and the experience with Alliance BJJ Roswell!
The coaches here are amazing, providing clear and helpful instruction. The training partners are friendly and supportive, making every class enjoyable. Each session is informative and pushes us to improve constantly. Highly recommend!
Wasn’t sure if I’d Like Jujitsu but Rodrigo and Coach Matt made my learning fun and safe. Highly recommend anyone who might be interested, to give this place a try.

I’ve been training at Alliance Roswell for a year and a half and absolutely love it. The instruction is top tier and I feel like I’ve learned so much while here. Rodrigo is an amazing instructor who really cares about his students. The people are super friendly and it’s just a great place to be.

I joined Alliance Roswell not too long after they opened. Rodrigo is an excellent instructor and the curriculum is amazing. In the kids and adult classes, there is a mix of hobbyists, competitors, and students who want to learn self defense. We all get individual attention throughout classes. Even at my "old age," I am competing at the biggest events and my BJJ is better than ever. Other things I LOVE about Alliance Roswell: sprung floor and great mats (yes, these make a big difference); very clean facility, and a gym. To top of it off, very cool teammates. You get a free week to check out all the classes.
I’ve trained under Rodriguo for about a year now. He’s is very good with kids and a wonderful professor to work with. His classes are well laid out and can help you do well with personal training for competition. He tested me for my 2 strip white belt and 1 hr of training with him was all I needed.

I personally had to switch gyms due to a move, this is a welcoming and friendly environment for anyone to learn Jiu Jitsu. I would highly recommend anyone to this gym! Instruction is fantastic and the amount of class times offered gives great flexibility around work and other life commitments!
