I started Kokikai Aikido several months ago,. I have come to love this practice, everyone is welcome, all you need is the desire to improve. Ocean State Kokikai Aikido is a friendly, non intimidating environment, where all are accepted. The senior member's generosity, patience and support for beginners is tremendous.. Aikido is not about winning or beating up people, it’s about, developing, growing and becoming more centered. This is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
