GREAT class for kids. (I'm sure for adults as well) Keeps kids disciplined, engaged and they love it.

Mike is good and he's patient with the kids. My kids can't wait to go to his classes.

Knowledgeable staff, convenient hours, no pomposity about learning kata or history, simply learning to defend yourself or compete in the cage. Excellent value as well.
