  Everyone in pickens county should give this martial arts gym a look. It's run by a very knowledgeable instructor (bruce sylvia) and his wife. The gym is very clean and spacious, and offers a safe place to learn martial arts. Specifically Brazilian jiu jitsu and tae Kwon do. The atmosphere is perfect, whether you're a seasoned athlete, beginner, hobbiest, or somewhere in between. This gym is worth a look.

  I have been training at this gym for almost a year and I love it. Bruce is an excellent coach and the adult Juijitsu class is a ton of fun. This is a safe clean place to learn BJJ and train with great people.
