Great sparring class and awesome group of people. The people there are friendly and excellent martial artists. I did a sparring class and everyone was tough, respectful, and skilled. I look forward to going back and getting better.

I just had an amazing experience at a boxing class today! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and ready to take on the challenge. The coach was fantastic—super knowledgeable, encouraging, and really made sure everyone was getting the technique down while pushing us to our limits. The energy in the room was high, and the whole experience was motivating. I can’t wait to come back for the next session! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new or improve their skills.

Incredible BJJ Gym that focuses on Technique and Fundamentals. Coach Drew explains the movements separately, practice those movements and then helps you tie it all together. I highly recommend!

Great gym. Instructors really take the time to train you. Both move drills and real time rolling. Feels like a community. Currently doing the jiu jitsu classes but may try kickboxing down the road.

I was in Fort Lauderdale for weekend getaway and didn’t want to miss my jiu jitsu classes back in Chicago, so I decided to look for an alternative. Many places in town are offering jiu jitsu, but not all of them are doing no gi. I was strictly looking for no gi and A and M looked as a good option for me. A lot of great reviews and relatively good location based on where I was staying. Called early in the morning and professor Drew was very informative and answer all my questions. They had classes every day so I joined. The price per class was $25. Which I thought it was fair. The classes started with warming up then the professor is showing different technics of what to work on todays class and then regular rolling till submission for 5 minutes rounds. Then switch partners till the class is over. The professors are very knowledgeable and focus on the details. Watching you closely of how you perform the task and navigate you if you missed a step or you didn’t do it right. I enjoyed the classes and the people there. The athmosfere was friendly. I felt safe rolling with the guys with more experience. They didn’t try to hurt me to prove a point. I am white belt so I was looking forward to learn from everyone and I did! Left Florida with more knowledge of jiu jitsu and different perspective of my game. Definitely recommending the club and the professors.

Open mat was 30+ people including some household names from UFC, Bellatore, etc… and everyone was as welcoming as can be. Will come back again.

Great gym. I know a few people that train here, so I decided to stop in while in town. Great atmosphere, and great instructors. Sidney Outlaw is one of the top fighters here and helped me a lot while I was there. He didn’t have to do that since he’s so high level, but he did, and I’m very thankful to him and the rest of the staff.

Great place to train! Went in for an open mat today (Sundays 12 noon is open mat for training even if you train at another school). Instructor Drew showed me some awesome passing techniques and quickly killed every attack I attempted during our roll. All training partners were really respectful and friendly- no big egos… They also have kickboxing there for those who want to do striking as well as BJJ. Also have showers there which is good for those (like me) who hate driving home all sweaty. Highly recommend…

I’m shopping around for a new BJJ home and visited A&M since I have a couple friends who train here. Everyone was friendly, I felt welcomed, and training was great. I plan on checking out the Sunday open mat. Great place to train!
Awesome gym. I have been coming here since May 2023 and I have steadily gone from training once or twice a week to 5 days a week and bringing my 6 year old to the kids class. I can’t have asked for a better environment to learn grappling.

Kids jiu jitsu is fantastic, a total of four days a week, both gi and no GI, coach Roc and Moses are spot on with instruction and attentiveness to all the kids, highly recommended.
I don’t often go to open mats as a girl it’s sometimes a little nerve wracking to find a gym I’m comfy in. I can to A&M with my bf who knows drew from comps. And I really enjoyed myself, I especially appreciated the professor being sure to layout some safety measures in order to protect us all. Will definitely be back thanks for having us.
