I had never done Judo before in my life prior to stumbling upon AP training center; I was taught Judo at this dojo by Sensei Cedric and the team. It is an amazing sport and martial art. Sensei Cedric has been training Judo all his life and is a great instructor and a great guy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn Judo, learn a self defense platform, get into shape. Sensei Cedric’s leadership has built a family centric dojo; you’ll train with a great group of people here. My words won’t do it justice, check it out for yourselves.
My children go to Judo class with AP Training. Sensei Cedric, is kind, funny, patient, and genuinely cares for the children in his classes. The other Sensei’s who are always with the children Sensei Jeremy, and Sensei Samy are also wonderful with the children. Our kids love going to Ap Training so much my wife, and I decided to try out the adult fitness classes on Tuesdays, and Thursdays as well as the EMS suit training! I would give this company, and everyone involved 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! If you are looking for a fun safe environment for yourself, your family, or just your children this is the place for you!
Great place for kids to learn beginner judo. Sense and his wife are very caring towards the kids and I love that they celebrate special events like the kids birthdays and holidays after class all the time. Our kids really enjoyed going to judo. Would only recommend giving the option to go one or two times per week for a lower cost to those that can’t make it 3 times a week.

I have spent a few years training grappling, every teacher brings their own energy and attitudes into his school, and I like what Cedric has done at AP. The dojo is neat in appearance, I get the feeling of training in a more traditional setting. I love wrestling rooms and slick mats but tatami is a cool experience. Cedric is also a very knowledgeable judoka, with a pretty legit history for anyone who was curious about that sort of thing. I enjoy his teaching methods and gentle humor, he will bring the best out of you cause he's genuinely interested in making you better. I'm glad I was introduced to this sport and the people at this dojo.

We just signed our three kids up a little over 2 months ago and we couldn’t be more happy that we did! Sensei Cedric and all of the others are so great with the kids and show much patience. Our kids absolutely love judo and the new community of friends they have entered into. We love AP Training!! ❤️
AP Training is an elite training center for Judo, BJJ and EMS training as well as a wonderful place for children to start their journey into Judo. The Sensei gives every person individualized attention no matter what their skill level. He has many years of experience as an elite athlete and trainer so he understands how to motivate, teach and get the maximum results out of both children and adults. I have been training there for 2 years now and I'm very impressed with the staff's professionalism and care. My physical strength and skill continue to improve and I look forward to many more years of learning and training in this wonderful family atmosphere. I highly recommend this gym for children and adults.
When it came to finding a Judo dojo for our elementary aged daughter, it was no contest. Our family was enchanted by the quality, professionalism and feeling of family that we received immediately upon entering. Sensei Cedric (and Sensei Jeremy & Miss Betsy) really engage the children and make them want to return. Judo is a way of life and this dojo shows you how to live it!

I’ve been training there for 3 years and Cedric and Betsy always keep things organized and professional. Sensei Cedric is very well versed in Judo and truly understands how to teach. Very friendly environment resulting in progressing very smoothly throughout your judo journey.
I was always scared to try Judo since I had a knee surgery and back problems..I decided to take the plunge at AP training center and its a decision I will never regret. .Sensei Cedric emphasizes safety and is meticulous with perfect technique. Fantastic dojo- the sensei and students care about performing judo in a way that is safe and strong. There is a sizeable amount of opportunity to learn quickly, since classes are offered on most days of the week. This was my first time doing a martial art, and I feel that I have gained a firm grasp on the basics of judo during my time here. The instructor cares about doing things the right way, and will make sure that you are getting the most out of your experience.
AP Training Center is a top notch facility for both Judo and full body cross training. Cedric Perroud is a world class Judo Master instructor and athlete. His many years of competitive experience and excellent skills allow both experienced and novice students to excel quickly under his instruction. The EMS training is a great adjunct regimen to compliment anyone's current training schedule. Highly recommend

I tried EMS trainings with the owner of this place - Cedric and I must say that it is incredibly unbelievable how this works! If you're very busy or want to see results fast (as I did), you should try it. The price totally worth it. It was hard at the beggining, but after two or three trainings, I felt stronger and the relaxation at the end always helped me not to be sore the days after. It's a great place, super clean and with professionals that really care. Thank you for such an amazing experience!
Great dojo! There’s a wide range of age groups including kids classes. The sensei is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. Great for competition training, self defense or just to enjoy judo. I have been doing judo for around 7 years and I am a huge fan of this dojo. They have strength/conditioning classes as well, so it’s a great place to get in shape even if you don’t want to do martial arts.
I am very happy with the gym! My son is learning about judo and important principles for Life. Coach Cedric is awesome, very kind and gentle. He has a lot of patience with kids. I trully recommend this place.

This gym has it all from judo to Jiu Jitsu and even sambo if you are looking to just get/stay in shape or you want to compete in competition there is a level for everyone. The coaches are super knowledgeable, and the energy in the gym is awesome kinda like family they welcome people with open arms. I have been training Jiu Jitsu for a couple years now, and I've learned more in 6months here than all my years at other gyms I'm looking forward to competing In my first IBJJF comp in October cant wait! DEF recommend stopping by to take a look for your self

I have trained martial arts for the last 10 years and hands down AP has the best judo , sambo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu in south Florida!! The quality of their teaching you will not find at any other dojo around. I have been there for 6 months now and I have seen major improvements in my judo and bjj !

This is the best Judo training I have ever been to it gets you physically into shape but most important cedric and Jordan are the best coaches actually they're not only Judo coaches but they are veywell good life coaches they are tremendous caring and understand the real essence of Judo and I am grateful for that
It’s extremely important for me to have top notch instructors who are real fighters and great people. AP guys are so professional, so talented and they really really REALLY care about your safety. They pay so much attention to you.. that a group class is equivalent to a private session. Also, they are very clean. The place is spotless. Bathroom is so nice. Their tools and clothing is so fresh. Incredible value and such a fun enjoyable experience to become a strong pro and fighter, can’t wait for my black belt. Today I did EMS with them. The attention to details was imecable. And the instructor did level 95 out of 100 on me 🤓🙈 i loooove it.

These coaches are great! Friendly, fun and push you to beyond what you thought your body was capable of. Their French touch is a breath of fresh air! You'll be sore when you leave but eager to come back ASAP!
