5 peaks is great for both children and adults of all levels of their martial arts journey, from no experience to having many years of experience, the atmosphere is welcoming, I attend the adult classes on Tuesday and Thursday evening and stay for the kickboxing class afterwards, I am 35 Years old and never felt out of place being there, I would say it is great for anybody considering taking up martial arts or looking to improve their fitness level.
Fun mix of boxing and calisthenics. Leader makes it fun and everyone cheers each other on. Definitely going back!
