  Absolutely amazing gym, very welcoming for beginners and great at progressing you at the right pace. My two sons also train there (9 & 6 years old), they love it, it’s amazing for their self confidence and keeps them physically and mentally fit.

  I have trained here regularly since finding BJJ 18 months ago. A great gym to train at which has introduced me to some great new friends. Very family oriented with great instruction and knowledge delivered by head coach Fernao and his assistant instructors
