Our 4-year old has been in the kids MMA class for a couple of months now. She loves to show off what she learns. What a great place for kiddos to burn off some energy in a productive way! Especially in the winter!
3soteric Life has really improved my life. Merrick Morlan has been my nutritionist and “trainer” since January and I could not be happier with the results of the program he put me on. I am really enjoying the variety of exercise classes and his training strategies and style. The gym and the people there make for an awesome environment to stay motivated and improve on a regular basis! I have talked to my friends about 3soteric and Merrick because I truly believe in them. He and his gym were recommended to me by a coworker and now I am recommending them to you! Take a chance and accept the challenge to improve yourself and enjoy it.
3soteric is a great way to get exercise and learn and step into the exciting world of mma. The amount of strategy and tactics are amazing and it really is a great work out.
I have been training/fighting for the 3soteric team since I was 15 years old. I’m in my 20s now and have made my way around to most gyms in the state. This why this is the best training center you’re going to find: Top tier MMA coaching from a world class fighter, a team of dieticians and health nuts to get you in shape, and driven group of pro/ameture fighters looking to level up your game. Even if you’re not looking to fight, there are cardio/weightlifting classes where you can get in shape alongside real fighters, AND kids classes with a LISCENSED COUNSELOR not some schmuck blue belt who’s too stoned to teach class. If you want to get in shape or you want to turn pro, this is the place.
I can't say enough good about Merrick and his training. Elite athletes to beginners, regardless of age will see huge results. Your goals are the only limiting factor. He will get you there and beyond.
