This is an excellent place to learn self-defence martial arts like Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. Coach Rad is outstanding—his patience, knowledge, and encouragement make every class a positive experience. Jiu-Jitsu in particular has helped me build skills, gain confidence, and develop a much deeper understanding of the techniques. The environment is very welcoming and beginner-friendly, which makes it a great place for anyone to start their martial arts journey.

My sons had an amazing experience at 374 MMA! They started with zero BJJ knowledge and instantly felt at home during their free trial. Coach Rad and Susan were so welcoming and professional—it was easy to see their passion for what they do. The family-friendly vibe and supportive atmosphere really set this place apart. Coach Rad’s ability to work with beginners is outstanding, and the kids’ classes are not only fun but also teach discipline and confidence. The gym is super clean, well-equipped, and has a great energy. Whether you're new to BJJ or have some experience, you'll feel welcomed right away. Highly recommend trying out 374 MMA—you won’t regret it!

It's such a lovely and relaxing way to spend a couple of hours watching the ocean and enjoying the cool breeze at Peggy's Cove

We had a very disappointing experience. The male coach’s tone came across to us as less like discipline and more like hostility, which felt unsettling for 7-year-olds. This was especially surprising, since in our two years of training in Ottawa, we had never encountered anything similar.

Great place to learn martial arts. They have great instructors for Muay thai and boxing, and most especially Jiu-Jitsu. It's very friendly to newcomers, and great for intermediate and advance training as well. If you're looking to learn and get a great workout, this is the best place to go to!
