We are 360 Defence, we will teach you Krav Maga in the most effective and complete form of self-defence to protect yourself and your family. We are in the Oshawa area and we focus on defence not for competition but for survival.

I participated in an introductory seminar, and absolutely loved it! I was a little bit nervous (but it was all anticipatory anxiety and completely unfounded). Dennis lead a very informative and beneficial afternoon, that included practicing different holds and physical components to assist you during threats/attacks. However, I found the discussion on “assessing an environment “ and potential aggressor/attacker “look-fors” to be equally informative and impactful. I would definitely recommend 360 Self Defence to a friend, and would like to get a group of my female friends together to participate in one of the weekly courses.

Our kids , girl and boy had started 360 Self-Defense classes , they will be doing their 4 session tonight , the kids are truly loving the lessons, Dennis is Amazing , goes up and over anyone's expectations , he engages with each individual kid one and one during the group class , corrects them, demonstrates to them to the full extent , We are very impressed with his lessons , My daughters friends is also interested in signing up as well. We will be going for years to come ..Thanks Dennis for your amazing classes ..

Training at 360 Self Defense with Dennis and team has been a wonderful experience for me. Dennis is an excellent teacher and a very knowledgeable self defense instructor. He takes time explaining the concepts and demonstrating them so that we understand all aspects of what we should and shouldn't do in a self defense scenario. The practical aspect of Krav Maga is extremely appealing to me personally, because you're not confined to "traditional techniques" which maynot always work in real life situations. The classes are fun, informative and I do feel motivated to learn and improve my skills. The classes are also helpful in improving one's physical fitness as well as mental awareness. Thankful for the great learning opportunity and the positive atmosphere which is maintained in each class. Thank you Dennis and 360 Self Defense!!!

My daughter has taken karate before, and while it was nice to build the foundation of self defense, 360 self defense is much more realistic. Dennis is patient, gives all kids individual feedback and attention, and really drills into their minds the steps that they need to learn in a easy way for them to remember. He teaches real life situations that would happen in the school yard, or even if it's an adult trying to attack you. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn self defense (adults included!).

I spent years practicing several martial art systems. What I find different with Krav Maga, in general, and with Dennis particularly is the practicality and the ongoing improvement and updates of the techniques we're being taught. We learn techniques to be used as tools that can be tailored to be used practicality based on the situation in which we find ourselves. This is the what I've always been looking for. Dennis is very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Work with him and you'll progress quickly while you're enjoying the classes

I currently train Krav Maga with Dennis, and I have to say, it has been an incredible experience! From day one, Dennis was friendly, professional, and passionate about helping me achieve my goals. The training itself is intense but also incredibly practical. I feel like I am learning skills that could actually be useful in real-life situations, rather than just going through the motions of a typical workout. Dennis is patient, and tailors the training to my abilities and goals so that I never feel overwhelmed or discouraged. Beyond the physical training, I also appreciate Dennis’ emphasis on mindset and self-awareness. I would give Dennis 10 stars if I could! Such an amazing instructor, you receive one on one personal training in a class setting in one of the most enjoyable classes I have ever had the pleasure of taking. Dennis takes time with each individual student to ensure that everyone understands what it is being taught and proper from is being used before introducing the next exercise. This class is a great workout and will teach you how to defend yourself in real life situations. As someone who came in with a solid background in Martial Arts, Krav Maga takes it to the next level. If you are interested in starting Krav Maga, then this is the place to go.
