GOLD MEDALIST OF EACH BELT DIVISION IN GI and NO GI

(To receive the cash prize, there must be a minimum of 4 athletes registered in each belt division.)

 DAY 1 - CHILDREN and YOUTH : Saturday, 5th September , 2026 at 11:00 am

 DAY 2 - ADULTS : Sunday, 6th September, 2026 at 10:00 am 

Location:  Mehrzweckhalle Alte Winterthurerstrasse 62, 8304 Wallisellen.

Parking: to park at Mehrzweckhalle Wallisellen - follow the signs for Parkhaus Schwimmbad.

There are a lot of parking places around Wallisellen area.

Parking at the Halle main entrance strictly forbidden.

CARS PARKED ILLEGALLY WILL BE REMOVED BY POLICE

REFUND POLICY

Athletes have until the 31.08.2026 , 23:59 pm  to apply for a refund or to change division (weight, belt, age), after this date - no refund for any reason.

Refunds will not be available in case of an athlete's disqualification or missed time of his/hers fights or after registration deadline.

HOW WE MERGE GROUPS FOR KIDS

We will merge/combine groups if necessary and will do this according to the following AJP rules. 

Divisions: Athletes age on the event start date. 

MATCH DURATIONS

Kids under 7 years = 2 minutes

Kids between 8-15 years =3 minutes

Youth = 4 minutes

Adults and Masters = 5 minutes

COACH LIMIT

We allow a maximum of 4 coaches for the team with 10 and more competitors.

Only 2 coaches for clubs with less then 5 competitors.

COMPETITION RULES; OTHER INFORMATION

AJP RULES

Please be respectful at all times.

NO HIGH HEELS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE.

Kimonos must be white, blue or black.

NO GI any colour t-shirt, any colour shorts, no pockets

If there are any errors on the application or in the name of the participant, changes should be made until the event's registration deadline; requests sent after the correction deadline will be ignored. 

The Organizing Committee shall be entitled to close the registration in case the number of registered players reaches its full capacity. 

The event will be streamed live.
