Youth matches start at 10 AM. Adult matches start at noon.

All are invited to come to compete in this no-gi & gi event. This friendly competition is open to other schools and affiliations.

All competitors are guaranteed at least two matches or a full refund if we can not find you appropriate matches.

REGISTRATION:

NORMAL REGISTRATION (BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST)

1 Division = $30, Each additional division is $15

LATE REGISTRATION (NOVEMBER 1ST THROUGH 6TH)

1 Division = $40, Each additional division is $25

You must register for the tournament by 2:00 PM Friday afternoon, THERE IS NO DAY OF REGISTRATION!

Cash, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), Debit, Stripe, Cashapp are accepted forms of payment. Checks are not accepted.

CREDIT POLICY

You can CANCEL and receive a full credit towards any future event for any reason. Competitors must cancel by 2:00 PM on Friday before the event by logging into your account and canceling your registration yourself. This credit is valid up to 1 year from the date you cancel. Refunds are not given.

COMBINED DIVISIONS

We realize that with this type of event that the perfect matches may not exist. We will do our best to combine divisions and find suitable opponents for everyone. In the event that we can't find a match that you approve of, you will be offered a full refund of your entry fee.

Is this a gi or no-gi event?

The event is both no-gi and gi, and all divisions are based on no-gi weight.

How and when can I register and what are the fees?

Normal registration before November 1st is 1 division = $30 and each additional division = $15; late registration November 1st through 6th is 1 division = $40 and each additional division = $25.

Is there day-of registration?

What are the age and weight divisions?

Youth ages and groups: Kids up to 6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-14; Teens 14-17; youth weight classes (lbs): up to 39, 40-54, 55-69, 70-84, 85-110, 110-135, 135 and up. Adult: 18+ years; male weights (lbs): up to 155, up to 175.5, up to 185, up to 200, up to 225, 225 and up; female weights (lbs): up to 136, up to 169, 169 and up.

What is the cancellation, credit, and refund policy?

You can cancel and receive a full credit toward any future event if you cancel by 2:00 PM on the Friday before the event by logging into your account and canceling yourself; this credit is valid up to 1 year from the cancellation date and refunds are not given.

What if I can’t find suitable opponents or my division has few entrants?

Organizers will try to combine divisions and find suitable opponents, and competitors are guaranteed at least two matches or a full refund if appropriate matches cannot be found; if you can’t find a match you approve of you will be offered a full refund of your entry fee.
